Throughout my career I have been involved with developing teams and helping organisations achieve their operational and business challenges.
Any organisation’s ambitions are only dreams and aspirations unless the people are in place to make them viable, and those people need to be empowered with the right skill-sets.
Whether working with a promising start-up just getting off the launch pad, an SME in the early years of development or a multi-national blue chip organisation, many of the core principles (and challenges) are common throughout.

Understanding where a business is today, where it has been and where it wants to go. I’m a firm believer in asking the right questions in order to get the right answers, not just to get the responses which are easy and comfortable.
Application of solutions, methodology, strategy and drawing on my own experience from working across diverse sectors and business size. Some approaches may be uncomfortable, some may result in a lot of inward reflection, but the results are consistently positive.
I work with teams of all levels, from shop-floor and operational staff to senior executives and directors. Likewise, my involvement can be with large teams as well as more personal, bespoke one-to-one leadership coaching.
